Photography

Photography sessions must be booked in advance, and a non-refundable retainer will be required to secure your photography date. This will also be on a first come, first served basis. During busy times and seasonal times, it will be best to get your booking secured as quickly as possible.

Photography sessions outside of the lower Kintyre Area may be subject to a travel fee added on top of the photography session price. Accommodation may also be required if the distance or travel time is far, early morning or late at night.

Photographs will be delivered as JPEG files and RAW images are available upon request (additional fee required). Images can be delivered by email, CD or uploaded onto a cloud folder on Dropbox for you to download.

Edited and delivered images will be edited by myself and to my style.

All photographs remain copyrighted by myself (Greg Grogan) and can be used for promotional or advertising use by Greg Grogan.

Photography relating to events or commercial purposes will remain in my copyright, but a license must be purchased for you to use any photographs. (Additional fee may be required depending on intended use of the photographs, please get in touch)

Any unauthorised use, sharing, printing or other distribution may be acted upon at any time by Greg Grogan Media.

Video Filming.

Video Filming sessions must be booked in advance, and a non-refundable retainer will be required to secure your video filming date. This will also be on a first come, first served basis. During busy times and seasonal times, it will be best to get your booking secured as quickly as possible.

Video Filming sessions outside of the lower Kintyre Area may be subject to a travel fee added on top of the photography session price. Accommodation may also be required if the distance or travel time is far, early morning or late at night.

Videos will be delivered in the resolution that is agreed upon. This can, for instance, be Full HD 1080p, 4K UHD 2160p, or others such as vertical video formats, and others.

Videos will be delivered either by USB, Hard Drive, Cloud Storage or via VidFlow.

All Videos will remain copyrighted by myself (Greg Grogan) and can be used for promotional or advertising use by Greg Grogan Media. There may be circumstances where this is not the case, please enquire for details.

Any unauthorised use, sharing, or other distribution may be acted upon at any time by Greg Grogan Media.

Greg Grogan Photography Prints

Printed photographs of my images can be purchased by the link at the top of the page. This will direct you to my online photography gallery. Orders will be paid for and the photographs will then be printed. As these are printed upon payment, there will be no refunds to wrong sizes or photographs that have been purchased. Printed photographs will be printed with high quality, 12 ink system photo printer on high quality photography paper. Items will be shipped via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, prints cannot be posted internationally at this moment. Local to Campbeltown/Kintyre can also be dropped off locally.

Photo Printing

Photographs sent to Campbeltown Photo Printing (Greg Grogan Media) will be printed at the requested size and quantity. Images may be altered to achieve a better print as printed images do not always match what you see your photographs on a display (such as mobile phones, tablets and computers/laptop displays). Images may be cropped to avoid having empty space on the printed photograph. If there is a major crop required, we will be in touch to inform you to accept the new result. All photographs are delivered with a small white border around the image. Those not wanting a border can ask for it to not be there, but an additional fee may be required. There will be no refunds issued for printed photos as these are custom to your order. Refunds will only be issed where there is a fault in the print, such as ink or paper defects. Refunds will not be issued for customers sending the wrong photographs or ordering the wrong size or quantity as they are printed to order. Custom and bespoke orders can be made, please enquire for details and pricing. All orders must be paid prior to printing.

Photo Scanning.

Photographs must be clean and free from all tape and blutack. Images that have anything stuck to them will not be scanned, as I do not want to remove the items incase of damages to the original photo prints. Photos scanning can accept unto the size of A4 and unto 8x12”. Photos that are in pages, or on card, cannot be accepted as this is a roll feed scanner.

Photo Enlargements.

Old photographs can be scanned and enlarged. These photos will be scanned, and can be reprinted unto the size of A2. Please note that getting the correct colours is a very difficult process due to paper and ink compared to the original photos. As you enlarge, you also lose some detail and quality compared to the smaller original photograph.

Payments

Payments will be required for all services. Wether this is photography, video recording, Greg Grogan Photography Prints and Photo Printing, Scanning and Enlargements will be required to be paid for. Photography and Video Recording will require a 50% Date Retainer Fee to be paid for in advance to secure your booking date. This is non refundable. The 50% Date Retainer can be exchanged for a different date, depending on booking availability. The remaining balance of 50% will be required to be paid for at least 14 days prior to your booking date. Your photography and video recording booking may be cancelled if no payment has been received 14 days prior to the booking. The date retainer fee will not be refunded in this instance.

Payment for photography and video filming work can be paid via the preferred method of bank transfer. Cash is also accepted and payments can also be made via bank card via an invoice.

Greg Grogan Photography prints are to be paid via debit/credit card and will be processed through my ShootProof Gallery and also via Stripe.

Campbeltown Photo Printing, scanning and enlargements can be paid via Bank Transfer, Cash or an invoice to be paid via Card, via Stripe.

For all services, invoices can and will be sent. Invoices that have been issued, will have 28 days from the date of issue to be paid. If after 28 days, your invoice will be marked as late, and will be subject to a late payment fee of 15% of the invoice amount. After which time, a daily interest may be added onto the invoice at the Bank of Englands base rate. An admin fee of £25 may also be added onto any late invoices.
